Campings en stacaravans in Hill Country

'We loved our stay at Walden Retreats. Becky checked us in and was so welcoming and informative of our tent and things to do while we were there. I was worried that the tent would be warm in the first of August, but we kept the shades down during the day and the fans on. My husband and I actually woke up cold in the morning, so we were just fine. I couldn't believe how clean the tent itself was. They had special touches like robes, luxury bath towels, and fantastic smelling shampoo and...

'This is a cool and different experience than usual. Outdoor shower is pretty nice. It's a bit of a way down some windy backcountry roads, but I enjoy getting to see off the beaten path. A nice, peaceful stay outside of the city of Fredericksburg. We had an issue with the hot tub working, and host was super responsive in trying to get it fixed. Would recommend for someone looking for a different, interesting type of place to stay.'

'We had an excellent stay! The RV was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The overall experience was wonderful, and everything met our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Pitmaster RV Park to others. We would love to stay here again!'

'The tents are amazingly equipped for a glamping experience! Staff are awesome and the winery is great. Only downside is side would be the temperatures during the day - equipped with a stand alone air condition unit that does wonders at night but is unable to beat the temperatures during the day. We will be back at a cooler time of the year!'

'Spacious TV with every amenities and comfort you’d want or need on week long trip. Easy to deal with and very communicative. Will def be back when I come to visit friends again.'

'very beautiful experience will be coning back!!'

'Great place to get away from your busy life. We enjoyed it. It is what you make it. Stay there and enjoy the hot tub. Grill some food. Tap into peace that God brings when you still yourself. We will be back. Make sure to bring slip on shoes that can get wet. Gotta leave them outsde the tent and it rained on ours! Need them to walk around ourside. Bring a good knife and cut board. '
