'Pretty large hotel with very business -like feel in a town that has seen better days. I would say it’s the best choice if you need to stay in Southbridge. Hallway not vacuumed although our room was clean and A/C worked well. Only stayed one night and the front desk gave us a room with the WORST view possible of the dirty rooftop over the pool. We had no view actually.'

'Beds very comfortable, bathroom up to date but needs grab bars in shower or have a walk in shower. Loved the grounds and the room that overlooked the lake. Loved the walkways, tables and benches for guests to walk and sit by lake. AC needs a good cleaning a little musty when turned on. Ceilings could use a new paint job. 'No working ice machine on my whole stay and hot tub not in use ..that's an amenity I came for is my back psyiatic nerve and it says it working but staff said no hot tub 😂'

'Pool out of service. Guest computers not working. “Suite” is just a larger room without any partitions. Breakfast ok. Checkin staff was excellent. Clean room and property. Easy parking. Good location.'
