'I've loved every stay so far.'

'Lovely rooms and decor. Very thoughfu touches, including water in the rooms and snacks. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety. The host was so accomodating. '

'Unique property. The motor inn section was older and the rooms are very basic but well maintained and the price was incredibly reasonable. I loved the wallpaper in the room, it definitely fit the Publick house brand. It was nice to be able to grab coffee and a pastry on my way out in the morning. An outstanding value if you are just looking for basic accommodations.'

'The hotel is obviously a low cost hotel, but it is in dire need of updating. Hallway carpets were pretty gross looking and the room didn’t even have a closet (it had a door for a closet, but only a pipe inside the door with nothing to hang clothes on). Lights would flicker and come on slowly when you’d turn the switch on. The AC worked but not very well. But it’s quiet and cheap, sufficed for a quick overnight stay for a wedding.'

'Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she...

'We requested a room with handicap access. What we got was anything but. The room was at the end of a very long hallway, a distance that was nearly impossible for the handicapped individual.'

'The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic.'

'We were here just for the night and we enjoyed our stay, Friendly man at the reception. Large room with a king bed. All the things you need when you're traveling. The room was clean. In the morning they offered a modest breakfast, but enough to start the day.'

'We only needed a room for one night. We arrived about 5:30 p.m. check in was very simple and quick. The hotel was fully booked, but it was actually very quiet. The food offerings near by were fine. We were not looking for anything fancy or special, just something wholesome and tasty. The morning when we checked out only took about two minutes. They offered the usual hotel breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay.'
