The place was dirty and when I closed the door to the bathroom there was a pair of men’s boxer shorts crumbled behind the door. I spoke to the very unhelpful person at the front desk and he shrug and he said he would tell the manager. It was disgusting.

The staff had no clue where things were the breakfast was messy juice machine broken coffee machine also they had a pot of crappy coffee.there pool was down and that is why I chose this spot.was told it hasn't worked in years.managment were rude.i never used this site to travel and I'm not very happy at all with my very expensive trip.the hotel was old and rundown the outside wasn't kept up the TV had 26 channels and half were blurry.i would like to know why you have this place as an option it seems like a drug or party place other guess I talked to said everything I'm telling you about it .a complete and udder hell hole.not how I want to remember my only childs graduation.im from Florida n he lives up north so money was my reason for the place but I would have paid more for somewhere else and wish I did

La peor experiencia, las habitaciones estaban sucias, el baño , avia basura Machas en las Sabanas, paredes y toallas de baño . La bañera estaba llena de cabello y el el personal era teriiblemente grosera. No sugiero este lugar como estadia, no importa cuan barato sea ninguna persona deveria tener una experiencia tan degradable.

Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she saidc “Well you are the first person in all my days (or five years) here!” She was using her phone sittingvdown at her Computer in the room at the back if Reception and appeared annoyed and impatient with me and making me uncomfortable trying to explain to tell her how I fixed the issue. There was a young fair haired woman about 21 with glasses who was new to the job and may have been in training, standng beside here all this time. That was it, so I said to myself…”Never Again”… and why did I even bother!!! Thats it. I later checked out of the Hotel to an older East Indian type of Man who may be the Manager or owner. Thank you! We arrived early at the hotel and noticed the garbage outside was overflowing onto the sidewalk. Our room was not ready so we headed out and when we came back in the evening, the garbage had not been taken care of. Once in our room there were virtually bathroom ameneties. A small bottle of shampoo and a small bottle of conditioner. A half roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom. No cups. No tissues. There was a coffee maker in the cabinet and when I asked the front desk for K-cups for the coffee maker the person had no clue what I was talking about. When asked about tissues, we were told to use toilet paper. When we asked for more toilet paper and towels someone brought up a bag of toilet paper in one hand and 2 rolls in the other. He was a bit snarky and asked which we wanted. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast included. That was a joke. There was no juice. No water. The Mr. Coffee was leaking all over. The few pieces of bread available looked like they had been there for a few days. The cereal dispensers had nothing but crumbs in them. There was a waffle maker but that was it. We had to go out every morning and buy our breakfast. Housekeeping was non-existent. I would never go back to this hotel again.

STAY FAR AWAY!! This place needs to be condemned by the state!! Serious health risks staying here! EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY!! Make sure you look at my attached photos. It’s also not called the “Sturbridge Plaza Hotel” it’s now a “DAYS INN”..extremely hard to find as GPS does not take you there it’s behind the Pilot gas station. NO AMENITIES despite them saying there is continental breakfast, there was NO coffee! Just Kellogg cereal and 100 calorie bars to grab and capri sun to drink. Bedsheets were yellowed and stained. My pillow had hair that was not mine all over. The wall had excrement of some kind. The bed skirt appeared to have vomit or food not cleaned up from previous guest. Big worm found in middle of my carpet. Bathroom had dirty towels that were refolded and left for us. There was makeup stains on one of the washcloths. The tub and toilet had dark brown water stains that looked like poop. When you ran the water in the tub it came out brown so there’s a problem with the plumbing for sure! Owners clearly don’t care to put money or care into this business and it will be shut down for neglecting to properly care for this hotel and endangering guests. Owners are sitting at the dining room every morning just staring at guests weirdly. I can keep going here but I think you got my point. Stay far away from this property even if it’s the o my room available you WILL regret it!!

So I would give it even less than one star if at all possible. For starters the first conversation with the woman at the front desk was about how many times the cops had been there recently,which I thought great. There was an issue with the booking which was my fault but she made it into a bigger deal. After making a new reservation we waited 30-40 mins for it to show up on her end because she refused to look it up by the confirmation number I had. She was rude then and that was just the start. While all this is going on she continuously disappearing to the back where what I assume was her family was and was more worried about ordering food with them. It was as like take your kid to work day but she had the whole family. Next get to the room,just dirty. Ice bucket had all hair in it, nips underneath the bed. Only one set of towels so I go down and ask for more and a guy comes to the counter with bare feet and tells me that’s all I get. 2 people 1 set of towels for 2 days. Had to get aggravated till finally he gets some. Again so rude. The next I leave dirty towels at door at 11am comeback at 4pm there still at the door. Bring them down and ask for more and the same rude woman told me that’s all I get she can’t take them on 2nd shift if she does the state can shut them down and her fired. Totally nasty with me. 2 day stay they argued with me I get one set of towels unless 3 or more day stay for 2 ppl.The woman at the front desk rude and awful stay. $72 per night not worth it

Showed up and the pool was not open yet and the first floor was boarded up from a gun shooting that happed 4hr ago. Check-in took forever with only one computer. Was trying to cancel and only the manager could override the system and they were not in after a shooting just happened and an innocent bystander was in critical condition.

This place was okay. Not so easy to find..needs bigger sign by road. Someone go clean up cigarettes from parking lot and in general trash. Go spread a few bags of fresh mulch. Not normally crazy for places with carpet in rooms...but cleaning staff has place clean smelling. Stayed 3 nights did notice same wadded straw wrapped outside room daily. Room was tidy. A few very minor issues with cracked caulking by tub. Now if you are going there because they offer " Free Breakfast"...Keep looking. The 3 days there..No juice ever. No coffee creamers..They had white bread in cabinet but NO toaster..Offered granola bars and Chess crackers..Cereal dispenser turned around so you could not use it. Coffee pot refilled. Did have waffle maker!! That was okay...butter hard, only mixed berry jelly. Most tables sticky..never saw anyone check anything. Last day all the chairs on tables..like it was closed up at 715 am. Parking and lighting good..Did notice 3 lower level rooms with plywood on windows...So maybe work being done. This place near truck stop..but I felt safe there.. I was impressed with clerk who did check in.. She a couple trying to check in that did not have valid ID plus we're underage. They really pressed her, but she stood her ground and expressed policy and stood by it. She was firm, but polite. Great job.

There’s no Breakfast, they don’t change your towels even being there for 6 nights , rude staff. TVs don’t have any working channels also. This place should be $25 dollars a night at most.
