'Rented the property to attend a series of events at Clark University. Literally walking distance to the school so it was quite convenient. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable. Being able to park three cars in the driveway was a huge plus as street parking near the apartment was extremely challenging. Being a Clark alum, was quite familiar with the neighborhood so I knew what to expect. Felt completely safe in the apartment as every door to the hallways had sufficient locks. We did blow a...

'The cottage is beautiful, cozy and super comfortable! We loved it! The hosts also were super, communicative and friendly. The place was clean, we had everything we needed, is in a very safe area, and very pretty! Hight recommended! Thank you for hosting us!'

'This beautiful apartment in Millbury is the perfect place to stay for any occasion. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and things went very smoothly from start to finish. Check in was easy and our host Jenny was amazing and super helpful with advice and guidance when we needed. We had plenty of supplies if we ran out and the home was clean and comfortable. Everyone likes a good night's sleep too when they are away from home. The king bed was very comfortable and we slept amazing. For our...

'We did not receive information on how to enter the property until we arrived and called the owner. There was a lot of poison ivy growing in our parking area.'

'Very clean and readily met the needs of our family of 7 traveling on vacation from Washington DC to Maine. Would stay again.'

'This was a lovely place to stay! This site was meticulously clean, gardens and decor both zen and whimsical, trails well maintained, near a grocery and other shopping. I will stay again!'

'We loved our stay here! Basement apartment below an occupied house, but the noise above was muffled and not obtrusive. It is spacious and beautifully naturally lit all along one side by a row of ground-level windows. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and at night is pitch black, so our sleep was fabulous. Very very clean and comfortable. Host was super responsive. Would gladly stay again.'

'This is a beautiful home on a stunning property, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. I only wish we had planned a longer stay, you won’t want to leave!'

'This little home is well kept and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It is tiny, though, so be prepared! But the location is great, right on the water in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay and any issues we had were quickly addressed by the host.'

'The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising '

'Communication with owner was very responsive and timely. House was clean and as description. Any problems were immediately addressed by owner.'
