'We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The art work was beautiful!! Our room was super clean, super quiet & super convenient to Longwood Gardens. I wish check in at every hotel was as easy & convenient as the Artelo was. Once you make your reservation theyll send a msg with your door code & check in time as well as contact info if needed since they don't have a staffed front desk or on-site. The mini bar was really nice option that you honestly don't see...

'I always enjoy my stay but this time I was a little disappointed due to no heater in the rooms and in the rooms there was the sounds of the water heater that didn’t let anyone sleep. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time the hotel was under maintenance repair.'

'We were disappointed that we had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds or a King Bed with a sofa bed - the sofa bed was too small to use for a teenager to sleep. The breakfast was horrible. So bad that my son and husband had to go to Wawa for breakfast the next day. Instead of eating the free breakfast. Bad cereal choices, inedible eggs and sausages, made my husband feel sick. Expensive for what you get, wouldn’t stay again.'

'It was quiet and that's good, location beside ACME and few stores. Outside was clean and even inside.. But it was an old edifice and very noticeable. The bathroom was not good at all. I can say it's the worst bathroom of all the hotels I ever lodged at in any state and I've been to many as a traveling parent. The TV was difficult to operate.'

'We were not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It feels more like a self service Airbnb as you get your own code emailed to you in advance to get into the building and your room. The place is quaint and well maintained. It provided what we needed - nothing fancy, convenient location. My one and only complaint was the coffee. It’s a basic household 12 cup brewer so both mornings we came down to an empty coffee pot and didn’t have time to wait for them to brew another pot....
