'I was told at 9PM that a shuttle at 5:15AM to the airport for a 7 AM flight was not a problem, but at 5 AM I was informed by the front desk the shuttles didn’t start till 6, which would have made my trip unsalable.on top of the 6 AM info the front desk made no effort to get me transportation. A couple in the lobby heard the exchange and offered to let me share their Lyft car. Had they not been there I would have most likely missed my flight.
I have been a Hilton member for many years and this...

'I am really upset with the condition the pool and hot tub were.. I had a bad day at work. I hurt my back so I looked around for a hotel with a hot tub. I called to confirm the hot tub was open. Unfortunately when we arrived the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There were floating dead bugs in the hot tub.'

'The room was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, soap scum on the floor and halfway up the walls. Since it was a walk in shower the water puddled into the rest of the bathroom. Carpet was not vacuumed and the bed was horrible. Had basically a hole in the center and bumpy in other spots. The pillow was flat as pancakes. Windows were filthy couldn’t see out. All and all it was a miserable stay,'

'My complaint is that I had called 2 weeks ahead of our arrival date to request that we have our 2 rooms adjoined because we had a group of kids for a birthday trip. I was told that was no problem. When we checked in, our rooms were on different floors! Not even close to eachother! When I explained I was supposed to have adjoining rooms, we were told that they can't guarantee that. Kinda put a damper on our birthday trip and I most likely would have booked elsewhere had I been told from the...
