'This was our 2nd time at the property and it was every bit as good as we remembered. Great space for families (or friends) to get together and enjoy a beautiful, quiet setting. 'Found the house pretty easily with gps. (Be careful, it's on a one way street) House was clean and in great condition - as described in listing. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and have their own space. Amenities were as described and greaty appreciated for our 4 night stay. Perfectly positioned for the summer saturday night fireworks show visible from the front porch. The one suggestion I would make is for larger beds to be in a couple of the bedrooms. 'Three of us stayed at the house before we walked the Mackinac Bridge for Labor Day! The location could not have been better! The house was great, very nicely redone and decorated. 'Our family had a perfect week. Everything in the house is excellent quality construction, very impressive to accomplish on a island with limited resources. The property is very large, impressive, peaceful, beautiful, among other flattering adjectives. The views from the house are honestly one of a kind. 'Beautiful home and area. Only stayed for two nights and wished we had booked more. Loved the house and loved being on the lake. Great being able to see the Mackinaw bridge from the shore. 'My family of four plus our two doggies enjoyed our week stay in this gorgeous home for our first trip to Michigan! The view couldn’t be beat! We could see Mackinac Island in the distance. The home was well-stocked with all your basic needs plus some extras. We enjoyed having the kayaks. While it was in a small town, we were able to drive 20 min or less to get to good food and historic sites. '
