'This was a delightful getaway for our anniversary. Everything a vacation cabin should be—rustic, nostalgic, and peaceful, with just enough modern amenities to be comfortable. We enjoyed trips to nearby towns and beaches and walking the south pier at sunset, but our favorite place was the chairs under the trees outside the cabin listening to the birds, the acorns falling, and the little slap of the screen door as we went in and out.'

'We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time! The beds were soooo comfortable. The cabin was the perfect size for 3 people and a dog. We were a bit sad that the lake was not good for swimming as it was mid and lilly pads quite a distance into the lake. My dog smelled horrible afterwards. Not the owners fault, but still a bummber. dog. '

'Listing pictures don’t do justice to how magical this place is! All our kids (Ages 0-14) loved it so much, they didn’t want to leave. Chicken coup right outside the cabin where we were offered fresh eggs each morning. It’s close to everything, but still so private and secluded. My favorite thing was looking at the stars each night. The view is breathtaking. Will definitely be back. Thank you for having us! '

'The place was lovely, hit a tough few days with deer flies in the afternoons (used this time to prep dinner or visit town) but the cool evenings were perfect, morning coffee on the deck even better. Would stay again! '
