'Fishing was excellent! Water activities were fun! Area was as expected. Aesthetically the home is cute! Structurally, it’s a different story. The steps to the upstairs are intimidating. But the homeowner does have signs warning of this at the house. Also, there is no AC in the bedrooms. It made for some very hot sleeping. Beds/bedding were comfortable. 'We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...
