This ADA accessible, 2-bedroom/2-bath vacation home #17 is located between home #15 & #16 and is just a few steps from our in-ground pool.

It’s ADA accessible features include grab bars for comfort and security located throughout the roomy bathroom and the roll in shower includes a removable shower bench, grab bars and a handheld shower head to ensure ease. The bedroom has a widened door and the closet is wheel chair accessible with a low clothing rack. The entry has wheelchair ramp access as well as stairs.

Essentially a home away from home, it includes hickory cabinets, a roomy eat-in kitchen, laminate flooring and knotty pine walls throughout, a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV & cable service and an aesthetically pleasing electric fireplace for comfort and ambiance. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, a flat screen TV, and closet space for your belongings. The master bedroom has its own private bath with rounded glass corner shower. Also included is central heat/air conditioning, washer/dryer, and wireless internet access.

This comfortable rental home is open on a year round basis – with discounted monthly rentals available in the off season. It is best suited for 4 people, but comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 people when utilizing the sleeper sofa and pocket doors in the living room as a third bedroom.
