This property is NOT river front as Vrbo AI may be advertising! The river is however, directly across the street. Access: aprox 30-50', across street, at the end of fence and at the old bridge offers access to the Chattahoochee River & fly fishing paradise. The rocking chair front porch is a favorite and offers some views of the river.

Walk to many restaurants including Paul's Steak House (on the River) where you can dance the night away at Paul's Margarita Deck with live music and seasonal karaoke. Enjoy the Indoor Fun Factory with skating rink, go-carts, laser tag, bouncy house & arcade on sunny and rainy days. Water park & Blue River tubing during those warm summer days and don't forget the zip lines & rollercoaster, one of our favorites. Helen offers something for everyone.
