The Space:

Picture this: first chair at Deer Valley's brand-new East Village, just 10 minutes from the driveway, then cocoa by the fire and the whole crew arguing over who really holds the arcade high score. Welcome to your mountain playground in Hideout, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home above Jordanelle Reservoir built for big groups and even bigger adventures!

The kitchen: Whip up a big pancake breakfast in the fully stocked chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, a large island with bar seating, and a dining table for six.



The living room: Sink into the sectional by the fireplace and queue up a movie. The open layout flows right into the kitchen, so the cook never misses the fun.



The game room: Three arcade machines, a stack of board and card games, and sliding doors that open straight to the hot tub. Ping-pong waits in the garage for the rematch!



Outdoors: Fire up the grill, kick back on the covered porch or private balcony, then load up the kayaks and paddle boards (life jackets included) for a day on the water. Your stay even comes with a Utah State Parks pass for Jordanelle State Park and Rock Cliff Recreation Area!



This home is a great fit for families and friend groups who want ski days and lake days in one trip; with two bunk rooms and a sofa bed, it works best for groups happy to share sleeping space.



Our local team is just a call away throughout your stay, so your only big decision is slopes or lake.



Guest Access:

The whole home is yours to enjoy, inside and out! The only off-limits spot is a locked cleaners' closet.



The Neighborhood:

Hideout sits on the ridges above Jordanelle Reservoir, with big Wasatch views and Park City just over the hill.



Skiing: You're about 10 minutes from Deer Valley's East Village, the resort's exciting new expansion, so you can be on the lifts while other groups are still stuck in Park City traffic! Park City Mountain and Canyons are roughly 20 minutes away.



Lake & trails: The Ross Creek entrance to Jordanelle is close by for boating and paddleboarding, with hiking and biking trails right around the neighborhood.



Food & drink: About 15 to 20 minutes to Historic Main Street's restaurants, shops, and après spots. Groceries are a short drive away in Kimball Junction or Heber.



Golf: A public golf course is just a few minutes down the road.



Uber and Lyft serve the area, though wait times in Hideout can run a bit longer than in town.

We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



Parking: To keep things running smoothly with our neighbors, we kindly ask that you park in the driveway and garage only, up to 3 vehicles. Street parking isn't permitted.



Utah State Parks pass: Please leave the pass in the home at check-out; a replacement fee applies if it goes missing.



An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
