The springs of the sofa bed are broken and the mattress hangs on the wires, a complete back breaker. The chairs are saggy and uncomfortable. The hot tub was dirty. The fireplace stopped working. '

'Big room. Nice staff. Goodlocation. Easy walk to lifts. Great lobby. The rooms are a bit tired, however, and could use some refreshing and updates. The fridge was very loud. A switch in tbe bathroom didnt work. That kind of stuff. '

'Communication was terrible, honestly the place is really nice but the people in the room downstairs were really loud the view was of the seven eleven, the fees were more than the room cost per night and they have unrealistic cleaning expectations given the fees. '
