'Will is a wonderful host. He is very welcoming and responsive. We were there due to a family emergency, and he was so helpful and accommodating. The house is a perfectly appointed cottage with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is also very clean. The setting is beautiful with the creek in the back yard and a lovely outdoor area with a deck, fire pit, chairs and hanging lanterns. 'My husband and I stayed for a weekend and just loved the property. It was perfect in every way. We found it to be extremely clean, perfectly cozy and just comfortable and charming all the way around. The fireplace and sitting area were just wonderful. Perfect getaway.'

'We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year!
