'Handig hotel als doorreis locatie. Niet om vakantie te vieren. Omgeving is om 18:00 al dicht en alles op zondag. Beter eten voor goed vlees en meer bij Miller en Carter in Hinkley. Volk wat er woont is oud en rommelig. Omringende plaatsen zijn allemaal oud en goor. Het volk zit in crisis en hoop dronken mensen op pleinen. Wij waren er voor hoovercraft en kart ervaringen. Dat was geweldig. Voor de rest niet veel te doen.'

'Rooms are outdated, like the room I used in Prague in the 80 s. The service of the personal was perfect. The restaurant was like a hamburgertent. So do not go for a diner there. You could go to a Mac. Donalds or something simmular to that. And those who smoke , don't go there. The cleaning personal , I give them a big hugh, they are perfect.'

'The room was small and cozy, which was perfect for my short solo trip. It's walking distance to the train station, a supermarket, and several shops, pubs and restaurants. Only weirdness was having to check in and get room keys at the pub a couple doors down. This wasn't mentioned beforehand, but luckily the pharmacist nearby guided me in the right direction! '

'Geboekt omwille van beursbezoek aan NEC Birmingham. Op 15 minuten gelegen van NEC Birmingham, heel praktisch en veel goedkoper dan de hotels aan NEC zelf.'

'Overall very good and I'd happy go back, however the hotel has a very strange and rather disjointed layout, and the public spaces whilst very well kept and pleasant don't go the extra mile to make this feel like a premium experience. Let me be clear, this is only the decor, which is in good condition, just not very special. The staff, room and food were excellent'

'Stayed in the pod with en-suite for one night after visiting the NEC. Location was great with just a short and quick journey back from the NEC avoiding all the traffic. We arrived by 6pm so checked in at reception with the key to our pod handed over. Pod was small but functional and adequate for the night which we found to be warm and cosy. We ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed the quirky environment and food. Breakfast the following morning was included and again was lovely. Would...

'I love staying at the Long Shoot hotel! Everything about the Long Shoot is very enjoyable.. the staff, the food and the room. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!'

'Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.'

'Checked in late security saw me, was a proper gent. Ordered food around midnight and he brought it up to my room for the driver at the gate. '

'nice clean room. Bahtroom and room both spacious. Large showerspace. When above the restaurant kitchen, it can become very noisy even with the window closed, but not until late. Variety of food offerings. Tastes good too. Will definitely come back here.'
