'Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again. They have pain killers available, phone chargers, and basic hygiene items. Breakfast available (muffins, yogurt, oat milk, cereals, granola bars) and coffee. Safe...

'What ruined our trip was the night staff. We returned from a sailboat trip at 9:40 and the parking lot was packed. Staff suggested we park near curb and trees but would block others in. When it was brought to his attention, he suggested we either wait 18 minutes for maintenance to leave or park on the street because it was free until 8am. We were traveling with two kids and neither was an option to me after paying $400 for one night and a van parked out front with people drinking and smoking...

'The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag.'
