'The Inn is beautiful, new construction, and very comfortable. The parking is challenging, but the instructions for parking are clear, and the proprietors seem to understand the complexity-even providing aerial views to identify the parking places. We did partake of the complementary calamari appetizer at the adjacent seafood restaurant, which was very nice. Honestly, this is a posh Inn, but Gig Harbor is a high end, boutique place. 'Hotel has no AC. it is super-hot'

'Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again.'

'Overall an okay property and stay, especially for the price. Good location. Easy access from freeway. The walls are a little thin and we heard another guest in the next room snoring (earplugs were provided. lol). There was competition for the shared bathroom in the morning. The breakfast is more grab-n-go than continental. Breakfast items are not laid out except for the coffee. The room was nice and comfortable. 'ask for 2 queen beds and a rollaway for 5 people .didn't have a rollaway. didn't leave enough towels. made one queen bed and left the other one unmade. didn't have hot breakfast the day we checked out. the cook didn't show up. we had to buy another room for $200. for our 2 grandsons because there was no rollaway.'

'Just a good hotel'

'The staff that was there truly amazing and doing their best with what they have. However the property is a 1 ⭐️ minus well be a motel ! I’ve never seen a holiday inn in that condition. The elevator looks scary window in the room burst out the outside of the hotel is mad dirty just unkept the lock on the door in the room looks like it’s been kicked in before 😆 patches missing out of the floor just lord no ! Oh and the house keep was running the vacuum at 8am! Check out at 11'

'Hotel was above average, but the hotel staff was not as helpful. Many times the desk was unmanned. The breakfast had the bare minimum and we constantly had to ask for coffee to be refilled. The pool was closed, so we could not use it. The hotel was quiet and our stay was fine. We would stay here again for a night, but only very short term, since there are better options for the same price range.'

'From front desk to house keeping , the servicing cleanliness of the hotel, met more than my expectations. The only issue we had was the TV programming, but that was it.'

'The Ramada at this site is under construction so the main reception is not accessible and room windows are all blocked out by plastic sheets. Inside the room, it seems to have just been renovated with new amenities but still smells like moldy carpets. The breakfast is just a little below the average with scrambled eggs and bacons. Juice is directly provided from one-gallon bottles purchased from a grocery store. The room was spacious and quite though.'
