'Property well presented and well equipped. Nice welcome pack which was appreciated as we had a late arrival. Peaceful neighbourhood and good community pool, which was just steps away from the apartment. Spacious outside space to eat and relax. Good communication with Jackie prior to departure. We enjoyed our stay and wish we had booked for longer, we would be more than happy to return - thank you!'

'Perfecte woning voor ons gezin. Zeer goed onderhouden, met een prachtige tuin inclusief zwembad, barbecue en buitenkeuken. Gastvrouw heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, heeft onze kinderen speciaal voor Kerst verwend met kerstsokken en chocolaatjes in de kerstboom. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken; handdoeken, beddengoed, keukengerei (inclusief koffie, thee, kruiden, bakolie, etc) ruim voorradig.'

'Prettige ontvangst. Fijn en goed onderhouden huis. De ligging is centraal om de mooie plekken te bezoeken die het eiland te bieden heeft. Dichtbij zijn prachtige wandelingen te maken door het vulkanische landschap. Kortom voldoende ingredienten voor een prima verblijf op Lanzarote!'

'Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette belle Finca. Une très belle propriété parfaitement aménagée, dotée de superbes terrasses, d'un magnifique jardin et d'une vue à couper le souffle. Un havre de paix en pleine nature, idéalement situé entre Arrieta, Tabayesco et Punta Mujeres. L'accueil de Gareth est parfait, attentif et souriant. Nous serons bien vite de retour à la Finca verde.'

'We had a great stay at the Villa. Excellent location near the marina and bus stop into PDC. The Villa doesn’t have air conditioning which we missed in the details and is needed during the summer months. Ongoing construction works nearby was noisy at times and the pool could have have been warmer. Although we could off, we didn’t pay for it to be heated given it was July and it was colder than we expected so recommend booking that. The wifi was excellent, best we have ever had. And the...

'The property is lovely, well appointed and just as described in the listing and pictures. Location is peaceful but close to the centre of town and beaches. Facilities are first class, with view of the sea and a nice open aspect at the rear. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!'

'Apartment beautifully situated. Great view. However, no sun comes into the balcony whatsoever and the roof terrace was closed off to us. Toilet needed fixing when we arrived and I had to ask host for an iron. Communication was very tricky. Worst of all….. the electricity was cut of at 9am on our check out day. Check out is not until 11 o clock. We could have been cooking breakfast at that point. We have NEVER EVER experienced this before and certainly were very unhappy about it. We would not...

'Fijne woning met veel binnen-, en buitenruimte. Met 6 volwassenen ruimte genoeg. Hoog op de berg net een grandioos uitzicht. Zomaar weer!'

'We komen er graag door de locatie. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Alleen handdoekje leggen bij het zwembad vind ik erg irritant. Wanneer je om half negen komt, is er geen stoel meer vrij omdat op alle stoelen een handdoek ligt. Maar je ziet geen mensen op de stoelen. Ik vind dat ze daar strenger in moeten zijn. '
