Only issues were hard floors needed to be mopped…our feet were black on bottoms. Also, not in best area of town, but awesome once inside. »

« Photos are misleading. Unit needs a refresh-walls banged up, chipped paint t/o.Outside patio was something to be desired; dirty, no cushions on bench. Grill was covered with a layer of dirt and bird droppings. Yard had garbage and very unkempt. Unit floors dirty; food crumbs t/o unit. Two dirty socks found in master bed-pretty sure linens weren't changed. Fans in bedrooms caked with dust, stair well railing filthy; we avoided touching it at all.
