'Needing a getaway from home, chose this hotel. Nice front desk employees. Nice housekeeping attendants. Room was ok. Carpet had large spill stain on the floor. No microwave in the room so no heating leftovers. Was not told the breakfast was a pay breakfast. I was annoyed after going down and being embarrassed. I was not offered the pay breakfast upon check-in. I would have gladly paid. The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floors were empty every time I attempted to get ice. Disappointing. On a good...

'We were only there a very short time, less than 24 hours but the staff, the coffee and our room were fantastic. The girl at the front desk was helpful and kind. We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re ever in Georgia! 🍑'

'Only wanted to stay at the hotel to get a place to sleep at. Good place to sleep at, room was nice, lacked soap but didn’t ruin the experience for me. Breakfast could use a lot of work but at least it had yogurt.'

The room floors are LVP, which is good for cleanliness, but not so much for comfort and coziness. 'My highest rating was due to the ataff. Mario during check in and other inquiries was professional. Now. CANDACE who tended to the morning buffet was above and beyond attentive to her work. The buffet and seating area was very tidy. The food was always replenished. Our 1st day there i was shocked the eggs were real scrambled. I was ready for powdered eggs like every where else. 'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'This was a truly amazing hotel stay. The hotel was clean and bright. It was tastefully colorful and had a well designed lobby/seating area. Breakfast was great (we loved the automatic pancake maker!) and the staff was helpful. I wish all modern hotels were like this one.'
