« This is a property in new hands as I learned while staying there this past week. They are making efforts to improve it overall and have already replaced all room refrigerators with an impressive mini-refrigerator & freezer. It's clean and well-kept. My only negative observation was that it needs interior painting. When I discussed this with the owner/manager, he advised that in fact that project starts this week. « I had bugs in my room. Pretty scary and terrified night. Had a hard night sleeping as manager said that rooms were full and he couldn’t accommodate us. Next day property manager apologised and said they will give a call and find a solution but yet TANYA has not given a call and no action has been taken. »

« Overall good but missing the items that make it great. My room was not ready until well past 5pm, over an hour after check-in time. Didn’t even offer me a credit for a coffee or glass of wine. Shower was not clean enough. The coffee shop on my second morning was closed as the barista had not shown up.
