'Friendly family business, good value. Comfortable bed and hot shower which was exactly what I needed after 18 hours of international travel. I stayed 2 nights in late September to attend a wedding in nearby Ripponden. The room was quite chilly but I actually like sleeping in a cold room. A space heater was provided, though I didn’t use it as the bed was cosy enough. It was handy that they served food downstairs and I really appreciated the vegetarian/vegan selections including veggie sausages...

'Convenient location and parking. Food was pretty good in the bar. Room would benefit from upgrading, it was dated and the bed was uncomfortable.'

'The staff could not have been more helpful nothing was to much trouble. Could do with a lift it’s a long way up stairs with cases to the very top floor'

'Great location. Modern, clean room. Great food. Very helpful staff. Love it!!'

'Heel mooi grote kamer in prachtig omgeving. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Alleen de jacuzzi heeft het niet gedaan. Voor de rest perfect. Zeker een aanrader.'
