« The place is as described, Frank is responsive. My experience was terrible though as we arrived to a condo that was left exactly as the previous guests left it, without cleaning. This not only made me feel terrible, it was an embarrassing situation as I was hosting my family from Europe. Upon contacting Frank, cleaning was arranged for a time that left us in the dirty unit for 20 hours. »

« This is a very impressive condominium. It was clean and in perfect shape when we arrived. The barbecue is excellent. The oven does not heat up as quickly as our own, so sometimes we have to give a recipe an extra 10 minutes. But the heat is still there. It's just a difference at ovens, I suppose. Overall, I can recommend this place very highly. It's quiet, the neighbors are quiet and friendly, and it's only about 2 minutes from downtown Fenelon Falls. »

« I swear we were the first renters to use this property. Everything was so new and clean. As displayed in info materials. Minor issues sent to host to resolve and we hope others enjoy stay due to that. Will definitely be back if return to location. »
