'My favourite hotel to stay, when I'm in Hamilton. Mini apartment, with kitchenette, laundry, seperate bedroom, livingroom / dining table. Location is perfect, walking distance or short drive to restaurants and downtown area.'

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'As a housekeeper, the hotel is very clean and I clean my room myself because I don’t think I should since we only there to sleep. The housekeeper did a great job on the day they did full service! So quick to leave I’m so sorry I didn’t leave a tip. My apologies. Great hotel. Our first time in Hamilton. '

'Courteous staff, even opening doors for us as we entered with travel bags. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows, very quiet. '

'THE HOTEL STAFF WAS GREAT. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT THE DINNER WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. 2RD FLOOR HALLWAY CARPET NEEDS CLEANING BADLY. WE HAD A KING BED SUITE AND WITH THE KITCHEN YOU COULD LIVE THERE A LONG TIME. REAL NICE FEEL TO THE PLACE.'

'Except for when ordering thru Expedia, we were A group of 4 people and only offered A King Bed. They said at the front desk that Expedia does this all the time. At the time of booking, I said said we were A group of 4, So bad on Expedia,'

'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '
