'Excellent location, clean place with everything you need to be comfortable.'

'De kamer was echt heel ruim en ideaal als gezinskamer. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een leuke extra was de sociale avond op woensdag waar er drankjes en appetizers voorzien zijn. Ook het ontbijt was heel goed voorzien. Zo serveerden ze chia pudding, overnight oats en zelf burrito’s. Voor ieder wat wils dus.'

'Set pleased with our stay. No issues at all.'

'Great spot for charactercool old architecture! I was able to check-in early and check-out later, due to a very late flight. While waiting I was able to store my suitcase and check out the castle! First time in Hamilton and I will certainly be back.'

'The interior of the room itself was fine, but we were the only room in our hall that was not under construction. Not sure how the other floors are but this picture is what our hallway on the third floor looked like.'

'I enjoyed my stay'

'Friendly staff. A decent place to stay.'

'I had a wagon that was heavy and there were no elevators, and he knew I was disabled because I parked in the handicap, and nobody would give me a hand getting to the 2nd floor. I did it myself and took 20min. I was in so much pain by the time I got to the room.'

'When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...
