'This hotel is phenomenal, I believe it’s the nicest property in West Bay and is located in front of one of the best snorkeling places on the island. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. My only complaint is that despite the hotel’s air-conditioning working very well and keeping the hotel very cool, my room (430) had a strong, musty smell, as did the lobby of that floor and the hallway, so likely other rooms also suffer from this issue too. Hopefully the hotel will fix...

'The brekfast selection is just OK not great, there should have been a few more options. But the staff was super helpful and attentative. The showers don't have a shelf for shampoo or soap so you have to put everything on the floor inside the shower. I had the large villa and the cooking utensils were not suffcient for 6 people, only 5 sets of silverware and one small frying pan and small pot. No coffee maker in the room. '

'This hotel needs to be upgraded ( kitchen and bathroom sinks, kitchenette very rudimentary..) No privacy on the balcony, especially if your neighbours smokes) and it is not sound proof! The beach is very tiny, water not clear, in the middle of boats. There was a lot of sargasses seagrass. Beach chairs were available. Parking was available. Well located for restaurants and shopping. The staff were very nice!'

'Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet)....
