Flats in Gulf Breeze

'The beachfront view was amazing. We loved the location in relation to beach access, as well as the location to shopping and eating. However, the building was under construction during our stay, and we had no knowledge of a lot of the amenities having no access while we were there. There was no access at all to the pool, hot tub, 2nd floor parking, or to the community ice machine. 'Ok. Here we go! Pro: good location, lovely view, clean, firm beds, roomy bedroom, good AC, good access to water and comfortable living room space. Con: lacking in kitchen and bathroom necessities (but to be fair there is a list of what is provided). This lack of soap and paper products seems to be the norm now. 'Condo was very clean and comfortable with Beautiful views of the Gulf of America throughout. Balcony was large with Breathtaking views of Gulf and Sound. Comfy beds. The only issue was Monday and Tuesday before checkout there was workers on scaffolding suspended right above the unit we were in drilling and making loud noises all day Monday and Morning of checkout. 'Very clean, well decorated with vintage Pensacola and beach art prints, comfy beds, great deck with view across the street of the beach, TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and garage parking. Short walk to Peg Leg Pete’s - great seafood and fun atmosphere. Beautiful Emerald water views - Pensacola is now my favorite FL beach, and I’ve been to several. '
