'This was a last-minute trip due to a family emergency, so we arrived late on Friday evening. The front desk and lobby were closed when I called to confirm the reservation but a gentleman that worked security for the hotel answered the phone and gave us all the information we needed. He was EXCELLENT! He even made sure that we were able to get our keys and information packet out of the lockbox successfully when we arrived. The Hotel was modern and clean, and the view was amazing (side ocean...

Kelly in Housekeeping and Dan the Maintenance man, were so helpful - they helped me replace the battery in the key fob to my car. The hot coffee on demand was very good.'
