'Exceptional location with access to (private) pebbled beach, opportunity to kayak from there. Note for younger families and people with difficulty walking: this is not an easy walk down to and up from the beach. There is a great sandy beach about 35 min away by car (Feniglia) as a fall back option. Amenities include oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, nespresso machine, pizza oven and wood fired bbq... Note: no microwave, water boiler, toaster. No AC as indicated. Very nice...

'We had such an amazing time at this beautiful villa. It's a blend of old and new. You can feel the history of the building, but from kitchen to windows, everything feels modern. But if the weather allows, the pool will be the place to enjoy the most. The views are amazing and we really felt like we're isolated from the world. With is exactly what we wanted. Contact with both the owner and the staff was very good. Would highly recommend this place and we're thinking about coming back next year.'

'The house was great. It offered everything that was promised. A quiet, private environment with a fantastic garden and great and large swimming pool. Very nice sightseeing opportunities not very far away, including nice villages, great beaches and interesting wineries. We stayed for 1 week and regretted that we had not booked a longer stay.'

'We felt very fortunate to have found the Villa Podere. It is a beautiful house and a beautiful property! We could feel that it is is also being used by the owners as it was very cosy. The pool are was great. The check-in was very uncomplicated. Tommaso made us feel at home. Very nice! Nice views from the beautiful terrace and everywhere else. 'Très jolie location sur une colline verdoyante et magnifique. Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . Je recommande cette location.'

'A true paradise – the size of the house and all the lovely seating areas make it easy for everyone to find their own space, even when traveling with a large group. We spent many hours by the pool! The area can be a bit tricky to reach due to a rough 3 km stretch of road, but once you’re through, there are beautiful villages nearby. The host and staff on-site are available when needed and very accommodating. Highly recommended!'

'We stayed 2 weeks and it was wonderful! The house is very nice and spacious as is the garden. And the swmingpool is great of course, especially during the warm days. Location is great as well: close to beaches, lovely towns and restaurants.'

'We have spent 2 weeks with our family on this beautiful spot in the heart of Italy - wild Tuscany, enjoying the great space, the beautiful garden, olive trees, swimming pool, tennis court and various terraces one for each time of the day. We love cooking and dining, the barbecue is great and also the many exclusive restaurants in the region, on walking distance at the neighbors agriturismo, but also the fish restaurants in Porto Stefano. 'This house is very beautiful and comfortable even without AC. We loved our stay and hope to return soon. The gardens and outdoor space are wonderful. Lots of privacy for guests given how the bedrooms are situated. Roberto the chef was a treat and Nina the housekeeper very helpful.'
