Villa's in Grosseto

'Leuk huis dat onderverdeeld is in 4 appartementen. Dat haal je niet uit de advertentie, het lijkt dat je het voor je alleen hebt. Echt een gezellig Italiaans appartement met leuk zwembad. Dorp is 5 minuten lopen maar ligt verder best ver overal vandaan. Je bent al snel een uur onderweg naar een leuk plaatsje. Het dorp zelf is erg leuk met hele smalle stijle straatjes en tunneltjes. Geweldig uitzicht!'

'The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended.'

'We had such an amazing time at this beautiful villa. It's a blend of old and new. You can feel the history of the building, but from kitchen to windows, everything feels modern. But if the weather allows, the pool will be the place to enjoy the most. The views are amazing and we really felt like we're isolated from the world. With is exactly what we wanted. Contact with both the owner and the staff was very good. Would highly recommend this place and we're thinking about coming back next year.'

'We have spent 2 weeks with our family on this beautiful spot in the heart of Italy - wild Tuscany, enjoying the great space, the beautiful garden, olive trees, swimming pool, tennis court and various terraces one for each time of the day. We love cooking and dining, the barbecue is great and also the many exclusive restaurants in the region, on walking distance at the neighbors agriturismo, but also the fish restaurants in Porto Stefano. 'Exceptional location with access to (private) pebbled beach, opportunity to kayak from there. Note for younger families and people with difficulty walking: this is not an easy walk down to and up from the beach. There is a great sandy beach about 35 min away by car (Feniglia) as a fall back option. Amenities include oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, nespresso machine, pizza oven and wood fired bbq... Note: no microwave, water boiler, toaster. No AC as indicated. Very nice...

'Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è bella, spaziosa per due famiglie e ben accessoriata. Arredi e servizi sono un po' vintage ma funzionali e comodi. La piscina è ben tenuta, grande e molto piacevole, così come il giardino. La zona, per quanto non di molto fascino, è comoda per raggiungere varie spiagge e località di intetesse. C'è una custode a disposizione per ogni esigenza di manutenzione. La pulizia delle stanze e dei bagni era buona, migliorabile la pulizia della cucina. '

' Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns nicht geweigert die Reinigungsgebühren zu bezahlen, sondern waren erst der Meinung das diese uns nicht auf der Hauptbuchungsseite angezeigt wurden und haben uns nun gewundert, das wir diese vor Ort zahlen sollten. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt. Es ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, das alle Kosten klar ersichtlich sind, und im Endpreis erscheinen müssen! Zudem wollte man uns...

'Due settimane di relax per tutta la famiglia, bimbo e bassotto inclusi, in questa bellissima e spaziosa villa con vista sui due lati di Punta Ala. Piacevolmente in casa e comodissimi ai beach club, abbiamo scoperto anche qualche super ristorante nell’entroterra. Complimenti ai proprietari ed al professionale e disponibile custode! Sicuramente la villa più incantevole della zona.'
