'We had a great holiday. We stay for 4 nights ( 4 adults and 2 children (10 and 6)). The lodge is very cosy and it is very spacious. My son was very happy watching the ducks swimming in the pond. Children watched rabbits running around outside the lodge. Our grandparents flew over from Lithuania and they were left awestruck. Highly recommended Many Thanks😊'

'Lovely caravan which was very clean and dog friendly. Well stocked including bowls for doggy. Communication from the owners was excellent. They even sent us a list of dog friendly walks some with dog friendly pubs. Lovely dog friendly pub Mason Arms just across the road from the camp where they let doggy sit under the table whilst owners had a meal. It was a small caravan site which was quiet and well laid out just what we needed.'

'Delightful cabin in a peaceful setting. However, I was trying to escape fireworks for my terrified dog and instead had 2 stressful nights of loud fireworks. A country locale is not always the answer.'

'We had a wonderful Easter Weekend in the log cabin. Location is great - 20/25 mins from Carlisle, lots of lovely walks around. So peaceful, the log cabin itself is fab and has everything you need. Tracey and David were really friendly and i enjoyed lots of strokes with the dogs too! We will 100% be back again soon, thank you for such a great weekend away'

'We loved everything about this cosy cabin. There was all that was needed, including peace and quiet. It's hard to believe it's only 5 minutes from town. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be returning.'

'This cottage is located in a beautiful area with lots of hiking/ walking possibilities. kids could play nearby the river Esk or surrouding streams and forrest. The cottage also have a very nice garden with a possibility to BBQ or sit. There is nothing what we misses in this cottage, nice beds, very quiet area, really good equipped kitchen, lots of towels. We had booked the "Garden" cottage but due to unexpected maintenance the host upgraded us to the "Stable"cottage (which now reviewed). In the...
