'This is our second time staying at this property, and as before, we very much enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautiful, with wonderful space and carefully thought out little details. You will be quite comfortable and happy here. And the grounds, and the views, are spectacular. We truly enjoyed sitting on the porch for a couple hours, and ditto for starting a fire in the fire pit and roasting marshmallows one evening. This is a special place. '

'We stayed for two nights, after Labor Day, in the Hampshire cottage with our dog. The unit is charming and extremely clean (occasional tiny ants in kitchen) and comfortable. The upcycled furnishings are perfect for the space. It has all utensils needed. The cooktop is gas which is nice. King bed is extremely comfortable. The property contains several other cottages and many of the cottages and the main building are under renovation but I can see the potential and look forward to seeing it...

'This is a hidden gem in a convenient location near a winery and historical attractions. Definitely for a nature lover! No frills or fuss-just a cool place with nice amenities. The Jefferson dwelling is not for tall people as the ceiling is low. The host is hospitable and the place is very clean.'

'Our family was looking for an end of summer-celebrate some birthdays holiday. This little getaway in Afton was absolutely perfect. Most spectacular views out the back, lovely deck with comfy seating, hot tub, fire pits, hammocks, it has it all to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Very close to hiking spots as well as fabulous breweries in and around the area. Keep in mind there is no TV. 'This tiny house was great for some alone time with your partner. The only downsides were, there was a coffee pot you could make coffee on the stove, but no coffee maker. Your are set out in the country some, so some insects are to be expected, but they mostly stayed on the first floor, there was a decent amount of ants in the kitchen (windows were rustic, so they were coming in there) we just kept any food in the fridge. The handle on the tub is broken off, and we found it weird that already...
