'The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received at any hotel. We were kept up until 2 AM by people partying loudly outside of our window and smoking marijuana. The night staff basically laughed at us. The front desk in the morning was equally unhelpful. '

'Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...
