'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is really luxurious and the facilities are really nice and cosy. We also rented bikes and used the gym, both were excellent. The location is also great and alows you to walk to the many restaurants, shops and wine tasting locations in Yountville. We would definitely stay there again.'

'We only ended up staying at MacArthur Place for 30 minutes before immediately checking out and finding an alternate hotel to stay the weekend. Why the 5-star review, then? It's all in how they handled it, which to me is the mark of a great hotel. We're in peak wedding season in the Bay Area, and as such, many couples have chosen MacArthur Place for their ceremonies and receptions. Why wouldn't they -- a beautiful property right in the heart of Sonoma? The problem was with our room steps away...
