'Being our first experience lodging on a house boat, we felt as though we were staying in luxury. Unexpectedly, the boat was fully equipped with everything. The owner has it tastefully decorated, neat and very clean. Good location and within walking of a couple popular bar/restaurant eateries, although many around the city (college town). 'Great property. Very new feeling, with well stocked kitchen. Easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay there again. We were a crew of 5 guys there for a fishing trip. It was nice to have Crawgators right there to eat at every evening! Very convenient to the parking lot when loading and unloading. Third house down on the left from the gangway.'
