'Nice and convenient to the waterfront '

'Nearby attractions to the west. Canada to the north. Ghetto and completely run town two blocks to the east/west. Resturant was completely closed, and maintenance said they have no plans on reopening. Not a place to bring a family. '

'Het is een prettig hotel dat ongeveer een kwartier van de Niagara Falls rijden ligt. Hotel ligt rustig gelegen aan het water. De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en ook ruime badkamer. Parkeren is gratis en beperkt, maar er is een groot parkeerplaats t/o het hotel. Elke ochtend wordt er (Amerikaans) ontbijt geserveerd. Van de faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Hotel is super fijn voor bezoek aan de Niagara Falls. '

'Rooms were renovated & clean, cleaning staff were unbelievably kind, BUT front desk staff was abrasive & rude and the “heated” pool was uncomfortably cold.'

'Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not...

'Everything was great! Room service checked everyday to see if we needed anything so that was very nice! The kid pool was extremely nice. We got to take our kids down and relax and not have to worry about them so much! We really enjoyed our stay! '

'Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!'

'plenty of parking. Directly across the highway from the casino. A little loud being near a major highway and the interstate. Breakfast was a little weak. Rooms are very spacious and clean. I stay here now every time I go to Erie.'
