'We were in room 101 for 4 days the staff in the morning laugh good up p l right in the hallway out side the door very unprofessional we booked the room to sleep and that did not happen. The front desk night clerk was sick for days with persistent every three minute cough I asked why he was working sick he said (I have a tickel in his throat a lie not all week A real disappointment'

'I had a beautiful experience at this hotel. When you enter the lobby you are met by a lovely fragrance (I would love to know what they use!) which is fresh and inviting. (I currently have perfume intolerance and I loved it. The staff are welcoming but not overbearing. Just the right amount of friendliness so you don’t feel bothered when you come in. The hotel hallway and room was immaculate. Very comfortable beds. I would only suggest a variety of pillows for those who don’t prefer down...

'My only complaint was that I checked in around 8pm and after being in my room for a while, being extremely surprised the toilet and floor were covered in dried up urine. It was late, I cleaned it myself. But that fact the cleaning person didn't check the most unsanitary part of the bathroom is stunning. The rest of the room was immaculate.'

'We had a fabulous time during our stay at Bluebird Ocean Point Inn. Our room was lovely, a perfect size for the two of us and had the best water pressure in the shower. The view from the patio was beautiful. We also really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs at the water's edge. It rained heavily one night and we awoke to quite a puddle around much of the cabin. General Manager Jim and Chef Oscar came to the rescue, bringing planks and a lot of laughs about our "duck pond".
