'Hotel has a brilliant, central location and is only a short walk from the station. The hotel's service was excellent and all staff were lovely. Greeted at the door, taken to our room and shown the amenities and offered bookings both internally and externally. Room had a good range of premium tea and coffee, fresh milk and toiletries, too. Bed was big and comfy. Robes were provided too. Breakfast was delicious. We upgraded to a traditional full breakfast and the ingredients were great quality...

Also, a special shout out to receptionist Cassie, she is an absolute gem. She made us feel extremely welcome and our daughter was totally smitten by her. All of the staff made us feel very welcome.
