'The photos were misleading. The property is falling apart. The metal guard on the stars is rusty and one of the steps had a piece bent up, easily leading to an accident. The sidewalk to the room is full of old gum stuck to the ground and corroded from the drops of the air conditioner, dripping to the bottom floor. The area was not the best. The room was non-smoking, but I could smell a strong scent of it being a smoking room at one point or some other unusual smell. Housekeeping only changed...

'The ac in the first room didnt work and neither did the TV. I originally reserved a room with a king bed. I had to move to a room that had double beds and the mini fridge didn't work and the person in the room next to me kept smoking and it came into my room. I have lung problems and I cannot be around smoke. Told the front desk said they would look into it. I left and went about my day and get back to the room they had switched the mini fridge out but my room was over come with cigarette...

'We booked a while back and when we arrived, we were told they didn't have a room for us. They had our booking confirmation but somehow that didn't mean they saved a room for us. This should have been communicated ahead of time, not when we get there after a long day of traveling. We had an event to get to so this made for a hectic night of trying to find a place to stay, rush to get ready and get to the event. Absolutely unacceptable'
