'The property is very clean with spotless floors & carpets, and not a speck of litter. Staff are friendly and smart. For shopping this is the best area of Phoenix. I walked to Nordstrom, Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree, Savers, and Arrowhead Mall. There is a hiking/biking trail with spectacular scenery that you can access by walking south about 1/3 mile from 75th and Bell. Parking is easy.
