'Our second time staying here. Great quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly worked through a room assignment issue at check-in when I pressed to find a quick solution. Shuttle to the beach is super quick and easy to use without any wait times. The rooms themselves are starting to show their age. Could benefit from a refresh in furniture (some stains and clearly well used) and scent (quite musty) to help justify the price of the suite. Overall 7.5/10'

'Everything was great only complaint was ole Paul Blair in the parking lot yelling at the woman for parking the car even after saying her husband was going to park the car for her so she could check in. Which he was getting out of the car. I would say yall need to find a better way to manage the lot instead of letting ole cookie cop yell at folks and cause a scene for no reason. He had just checked in and almost checked out. Nobody wants to hear that crap. Everything else was smooth sailing and...

'Indoor pool was closed the jacuzzi was closed the room was dirty the floors was black and their was hair in both showers and some kind of blue stuff in one shower and black stuff in the other shower. The sliding door to the ball was broken. Overall experience wouldn’t stay their again and definitely won’t tell my family to stay their. Their parking garage you couldn’t hardly get through it’s one way so if your going up and they come down at the same time one is gonna have to back upstairs cause...

'Stayed on the owners side. Room was clean, but it was a little too dated for me. (Brown furniture) the carpets were a dark green definitely needs to be changed. hardwood flooring or laminate would definitely be better. But overall for 1 night it was fine. 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. All clean.'

'The people at the front desk were very nice and so were all of the other staff members but we saw four bugs in our room over a two night stay. Two large water bugs and two bugs I was not able to identify. The toilet had a bad stench from the start. It’s just not a very clean place at all. The room was tiny, I was under the impression I had booked something larger with a seating area. The walls are not sound proof whatsoever.
