'We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.'

'The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.'

'Bad service. I was talking to an employee and he got a phone call and just cut me off and answered the phone in front of me. The room was a mess, I had to replace the toilet paper when we first got there, there was a stain on the pillow, the room phone was just sitting on the floor in the corner, there was no bag in the trash can. Pretty much everything was messy/dirty. Housekeeping didn’t make our bed one day, which I feel is the bare minimum. She also knocked SUPER quietly at 9am one morning....

'Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...
