« Very clean , friendly staff , good breakfast , comfortable beds , spacious rooms with high ceilings . Convenient location to ball parks and food »

« The pool was freezing and there was clear signs of water damage and mold in the ceiling above the pool. Everything else was good the pool was just very horrible. »

« Lobby bathroom was filthy. Hair dryer in room didn’t work and shower grab bar was coming off of the wall. Odd smell in room »

« Well first of all I got 2 charges of $50 for a deposit, hopefully it get it back. And there was a full bag of garbage under the sink. Empty alcohol boxes/containers under there as well. Staff is sketchy. 0/10 do not recommend. Bed was was comfy tho 😂 »

« Great location for attending an event at Lucas Oil. Train cars were a fun experience for the kids. Parking was tough with the construction in the area. »

« Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

« We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel. »

« The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on. »
