Brand new build studio condo with brand new furniture perfectly located on Grand Ave. Enjoy amazing views and listen to live music from the rooftop on the weekends and enjoy walking to shops, dining, bars, the beach and the lake. Walk your paddleboard or kayak a short distance out the front patio and use the small dock to enter the amazing and breathtaking lake. Creative studio layout including a private porch. Several trails within walking distance as well. Just steps away everything is waiting

We loved our stay! It's right in the middle of the town and shops, very close to the lake, about 5-10 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, in a safe area, and the host communicates promptly. There's a kitchen with all of the appliances, as well as a washer/dryer and there was laundry detergent available for us and lots of towels. 10/10 would recommend.

We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.

We spent 4 nights and used this studio as a base for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. The place was clean and larger than it looked in the photos . There was not much of a view, as our small patio faced the parking lot. The weather was cool and we had some rainy days, so that was not a big deal. Everything in Grand Lake was right there, which was nice. We had a minor power problem caused by a blown transmitter in the town, and Todd was quick to get back to us when we called him about it. Luckily, it was resolved shortly after we called.The only issue with the unit that was a downside for me was that we were not able to dim any of the track lighting. It was very bright. It as a very pleasant place to stay.

Enjoyed the newness and especially the location of this studio unit. Roomy spaces even though it is a studio. Large bathroom and nice to have a washer/dryer. Enjoyed the walkability to many area sights, restaurants and of course, ice cream shop by the water (the best homemade in the area!). Would definitely stay here again. Also, quick response from owner was appreciated!

Quick Mountain Getaway

Great location!! Right in the middle of historic Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Property was very neat, well maintained and upgraded nicely. The only thing I would add would be window shades for the two higher windows as the street light shown in. Overall excellent property with great access.

Great location and spacious studio. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed a beautiful weekend in GL and RMNP. Didn’t do any cooking, but looked a little bare on cooking equipment. Would suggest to host to supply hair blow dryer in bathroom and dust pan for broom.

Nice location and convenient space

This efficiency apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Conveniently located in downtown Grand Lake near all of the shops and close to several trail heads. Todd was quick to respond to questions - some of which I think he could avoid by providing more information up front and having written materials with instructions readily available at the property. For example, would be good to have instructions about how to operate the heating/cooling system.
