Flats in Grand Lake

'The unit was a perfecit fit for a weekend with the family. Great location made it easy to get coffee in the morning. Lunch from one of the restaurants on the property then enjoy the courtyard while dining made for a easy break to the day after a morning hike. Shops and dinner were right down the boardwalk as well. The unit was clean, accessible and parking right in front. The host was attentive although we didnt have any issues while staying. Will tell others about this place and come back!'

'Enjoyed three nights here. Property is very short drive to Grand Lake downtown. Condo on 1st floor with main patio directly facing a wide expanse of lawn and lake is very short walk away across the lawn. Condo was nicely outfitted with all the typically needed accommodations. Would be nice if had some more conventional seating options in living room (i.e. recliners, or comfort chairs with ottomans). Living room had large sectional couch which was comfortable to lay on but not very conducive for...

'This was a wonderful place to stay. It was exactly as described. My only disappointment was that the fireplace was not working. It was Late August was cool nights. It would’ve been wonderful to enjoy A fire in the evenings.'

'My husband and I stayed here with our two teenage sons. The location was perfect, and the river outside the back was awesome. A short walk to restaurants, shops, and the lake. It was a tight fit with four adult-sized people. There is not comfortable seating for four people, with only a couch and stools in the living area. That being said, I would definitely recommend this for two people, as it had the perfect size and seating for two. '
