« We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. »

« Cute town and extremely convenient location. Loved the “quiet” side of Rocky Mountain National Park. It was well stocked and nicer than anticipated. We had a couple of maintenance issues - the smoke detector in the bedroom was hanging by the wires and the living room one was removed with the wires hanging down. Sofa bed was also broken when we pulled it out to use it. The living room smoke detector was replaced a couple of days after arrival. The bedroom one was still hanging when we left. They...
