Cottages in Grand Cayman

'The hotel is facing probably one of the busiest streets on the island (hence the loud noise, also there smell of the sewer), and the other side faces the parking lot. The pool is small and separated by a few trees from the noisy road. The walk to the beach is somewhat challenging because the path is very narrow. Two people can’t really pass each other, one has to step aside, and carrying chairs makes it more difficult. It’s about a 5 to 6 minute walk and it takes a bit of effort. The beach...

'Overall, a great place to stay for a few nights. Sadly, one end of the beach receives little afternoon sunshine due to the proximity of the higher buildings and another building is being built. The new build makes the property layout feel almost stuffy with one pool now surrounded by buildings. '

'We very munch enjoyed our stay at Vida! It’s great to be away from the hustle of 7 Mile Beach. The restaurant on site was wonderful and the service was great. Vida offers complimentary workout classes during your stay so I enjoyed yoga on the roof. We biked to Cracked Conch with the bikes they offered as well. While the cabs add up going into 7 mile beach area I wouldn’t trade staying here for that. We hope to come back!'

'Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Only draw back is beach staff for water sports and rental. Very rude and arrogant. Not the type that make you want to do any booking or activity with them '
