'This was our second visit to Coconut Cottage in the past 3 months. We enjoy the privacy, beautiful pool and being away from the crowds. Laura is a great host and responds right away. We would love to stay again.'

'We loved staying at this cute cottage, especially the location right on the beach. Our morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful! The snorkeling right out front and beyond was fantastic. The studio was clean, well stocked and the bed was super comfy. We felt safe and loved taking evening walks on the road. Close to lots of great restaurants and Fosters, fabulous grocery store. We will definitely stay here again! '

'Location was great if you wanted to be a bit further away from crowded areas (which we did).Beach here was a bit rough during our stay due to the weather (was calmer the week before our stay) so we didn't venture into the water here and did a couple of 30min drives and we checked out 7 Mile and Spotts easily.The cottage is perfect for a couple.Nice comfy Queen bed. Sofa bed while a good size for 2 people needed a new mattress as it was falling apart/coils were rusting (would up my review 1/2...

'Perfect for a couple who don’t want to stay on the busy 7 mile beach. VERY close to 3 public beaches. The only thing I would have a slight negative would be the mattress is very very firm. The place is very clean and new.'

'Our family had the best time in the cozy home on the north end. Maria was so gracious and lovely! Lots of space for our family of 6! We rented a car and explored the island most days but loved coming home to the screened in porch and gorgeous view!! Thanks for the memories Maria! '

'Inside the property was very clean but around the pool wasn't cleaned the whole week and after I finish swimming the first time and saw the pool was dirty with duck feces all around it and never was cleaned up the next 5 days I wasn't able to swim in it and not be worried about infections. Monika has always been very good but by appearances of debris all over the yard for the whole week I don't think she was in residence. Otherwise I would have given it five stars'
