« the gentleman at check in counter was welcoming, friendly and courteous. The parking area is well lit at night. The hotel is conveniently located and with walking distance to convenient store, McDonald’s, Dennys, Pizza Hut Wendy’s, Jack in the Box. The rooms are somewhat dated and had an overly dingy, humid and damp smell when we walked in. The beds had a burnt cigarette hole and red lipstick stains on the covers. The A/C had dust and lint on the vents. The shower head had poor water run...

« The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee. »

« Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...
