Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired.'

'Was in town to run a marathon and chose the Emily Morgan. So glad i did. Staff was phenomenal. There was an issue and i was given the wrong room but it was quickly fixed. I wish i could remember her name. Said she'd only been there about a week but she was amazing. Room was clean and spacious. Everything i needed was within walking distance. Only complaint is i didnt stay longer. Whenever in San Antonio this is where I'll stay. '
